Do you buy as‑is? Yes we have no problem with buying your property "As-Is". You don't need to do a thing.
Do you buy with tenants? We prefer to have tenants already in place and leave them there after the transition
What if I don’t have a rent roll? We can help you create a rent roll.
Do you require a public listing? We don't require a public listing or the use of realtors, but ultimately it's your decision.
How do you determine price? We'll be able to come up with a mutually agreeable price, based on multiple factors.
What’s the timeline to close? This is flexible, but mainly at your discretion.
Do you pay closing costs? (state your typical approach)
Will you re-trade the price? In general I tend to not have to re-trade price if all information has been provided up front
What if there are code issues? Any known code issues will be included in the price.
What if I’m not ready yet? Just keep us in mind for when you are ready. We're in this for the long-term.
